Being in the promotional marketing business for several years, and printing business 23 years,  Jackie was experienced in
marketing & business presentation.     Oh, Jackie loves to cook!   Making truffles for a local zoo's fund raiser was how it all got
started.     Then Jackie wanted to  "study" more about making truffles, so she took a 3 day workshop (& plans to take additional
